What a lovely place it was … It’s been a place to stop off and recharge, refuel and get some rest for many years now .. it’s quite a long commute from city to city.. I do look forward to taking a comfort break and getting some rest and food, inside the building is just so always so unkempt and now it’s become so dirty .. the toilets have been filthy and in my opinion have needed TLC since last year.. pity ..

Deli hot food options are deplorable food looks like it’s been cooked 4 days ago now..

The owners / managers could learn something really important about taking care of their the facilities.

I suggest visiting Plaza’s such as Obama M6 or Junction 14 etc … come on guys … improvement is needed !

Staff messed up my order. I noticed she handled meat with same gloves as vegetables and cheese and She did not change her gloves when serving next customer and handling mint with the gloves on. She placed gherkins in my sandwich when I told her to specifically not proceeds to do so. Very disappointed. Staff very negative even threw money on the counter for a customer. I got over charged on my two sandwiches should have been 12 .80 euro charged 15.50.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. And health and safety in here is an abomination. Looking forward to it's closure at some point for some thing new to take it's place.

Food quality was rubbish. Chicken was disgusting and soggy / wet? To the point where it liquified the bread creating a texture I could only describe as slop. Server seemed careless had to stop him from toasting the sandwich with cheese that I never asked for on it. Sandwich came out of the toaster and it was still cold my girlfriend’s sandwich somehow came out burnt. The woman in the salad section also decided to give me a free olive that I didn’t ask for. Didn’t even finish half the sandwich awful food.

The Cashel Subway needs to increase staff levels on Friday afternoons and weekends. The Friday crew seems to run out of most bread types, meatballs, and shredded mozzarella cheese. The young staff appear to need training in how to wrap a sandwich because one of the girls is starting the wrap process by sticking paper inside of the sandwich. But the overall meat quality and freshness of the salads is good.

I had the worst fast-food chain experience ever. The chiptole bites are undercooked. The meat ball is the worst meatballs I've had in the subway thus far, and they didn't heat it properly. It is a fast food chain, so I hope the staff is aware that they need to move quickly, and it is also in the hospitality industry. The crew members aren't, in my opinion, well trained for this. They are exceedingly impolite. They merely pull faces in front of us without responding to cues. Every single person is evolving through something, and they consider lunch to be a joyful time. I hope they come to understand it.
